Jamie, born June 20, 1964 in Bryn Mawr, Pennsylvania, is a third generation artist, following in the footsteps of his father Daniel V. Cavaliere and grandfather Raphael J, each a noted artist in their own right. Upon graduating from Haverford Senior High School in 1982, Jamie was awarded a full scholarship to the Art Institute of Philadelphia, and graduated in 1985. In 1986, Jamie joined Hankins & Tegenborg, Ltd., artist representatives out of New York, where he free-lanced as an illustrator until 1990. Jamie is now a fine art watercolorist producing limited and open edition prints and posters. He has produced nine limited edition prints of his watercolors. His latest release is an open edition print, “The Garden”. Jamie has also produced two posters of the sold out limited editions “Boathouse Row” and “Boathouse Row 2″. His work is exemplary and reflects the influence of such great artists as Winslow Homer, Bernie Fuchs, and Andrew & N.C. Wyeth. Jamie Cavaliere Artist
